Sema's Dance

Whirling faces
Hearts a crystal chalice
Presence pours forth
Oh mystic wine.

Love overflowing
Senses dissolving
Dervishes melt in Mustafa's heart,
Embrace eternal, kiss of Allah
Lost are we in ecstasy.

Veils parting
Mystic vision revealing
One singer, singing
One dervish whirling
Removing all but Unity.

Joy and suffering
Now mingling
Enter we Rasul's true home,
Healing through Allah's sweet Mercy
As out upon the world love flows.

Never ending
Cradle of compassion
Embracing all with Life Divine,

Revealing One - Thou am I
